The description of my room on the booking website said I would have a sitting area instead I just had a chair. The picture did not match the room description on the website. Beyond that room was newly updated and we had direct access to beautiful pristine beaches with plenty of lounge chairs and servers to take your order. The hanging area in the closet was very little low and limited. I could not hang my long dresses. There's an odd beadboard thing on the wall with hooks that are also too low to hang anything long. You have to get into the shower to turn on the water so you will get wet if you don't move quickly enough. Perhaps a bypass shower door would work better. The food at the restaurants were fresh, delicious and quickly prepared and served. While we were there for a wedding we did not get a chance to any of the myriad of activities offered. The pool and swim up bar are very inviting

Great staff, location, food, and value. Lots of great charter captains to choose from at the Marina onsite. The fishing cleaning station is where tarpon hang out daily. The captains gave my kids "free tarpon bait" while cleaning their clients fish, on multiple occasions. We ended up booking a 4 hour charter and my 6 year old hooked into his first Mahi, lots of rod bends and a great day. Lifelong memory achieved. Poolside bar was nice, more umbrellas would by my only suggestion for the pool. Lots of beautiful areas around the property.Staff does a good job of cleaning the common areas daily. Ate at the tiki bar and the raw bar ,both were good options. Will be rebooking in the future 100%

We had a beautiful king room on the first floor with a patio overlooking the beach. The swimming beach was very nice. We enjoyed the pool as well. The beachbar/restaurant on site was very close and fun to hang out. The bathroom was also very nice. We also stayed at the Isla Bella which WE LOVED but Postcard actually has a much better swimming beach. The sand at Isla Bella was like goey icky quicksand in the water. Their beach is a man made cove. It is beautiful beach and property but we did not enjoy the ocean there. So if you want to swim in the water I would go here. Or stop over at both! They both have a lot to offer.

Room was clean and beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was a bit small but it was clean and updated. Pool was clean but needs work. I saw tiles missing in certain areas. Beach was nice and clean on land. There are plenty of chairs and shade if you want. In the water however there is mostly sea grass. Not much clear area to swim unless you want to swim in the graasy areas. Having access to nearby sister properties was nice. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. And a Starbucks within feet. Overall we had a nice stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this resort. The rooms were always so clean and smelled amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A shuttle transports you between the 4 resorts within miles. A swim up bar at the pool. Unlimited access to kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles. The gym has all of the best equipment. The most amazing restaurants with live music nightly. And can we talk about the views! It felt just like we were on our own little tropical island. The best resort I’ve stayed at handsdown! We will absolutely be regulars!
